We enhance the growth of venture companies through thorough due diligence and quick and logical investment decisions. In addition to investing in venture companies through our flagship fund, Shinsei Venture Partners, we collaborate with partners to establish and manage funds that have strengths in specific fields and support corporate venture capital (CVC) funds.
BUYOUT INVESTMENT
For the improvement of corporate value
We will hold a majority of the voting rights of domestic small or medium-sized enterprises with succession needs through funds and provide hands-on management support to help them grow. We actively support business succession utilizing mezzanine investments, including investments in preferred stocks.
IMPACT INVESTMENT
To positively contribute to social value and the environment
The goal of impact investment is to balance economic returns with social benefits. We focus on social issues, such as the declining birthrate, the population decrease and the aging of society. Through two funds, we provide funding and management support to venture companies focused on solving social issues and help them grow.
